Course Facilitator: Christine Stilgoe
This course is designed for students who wish to achieve their professionally recognised qualification quickly. It will be delivered intensively & will require much dedication & substantial home study.
Reflexology is an ancient form of healing, which uses the feet to treat the entire body. Every part of the body has its corresponding reflex point on the feet. The treatment involves a specialised form of compression massage using the thumbs & sometimes the fingers to work on these precise reflex points in order to restore balance.
There is a substantial amount of theory work & related anatomy & physiology which is integral to the qualification & students must be able to satisfy these requirements.
For candidates wishing to take the level 3 Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology alongside the Reflexology course, this can be done at a subsidised cost of £150.00 plus £70.00 assessment fees (Normal cost £300.00)
This course is suitable for the complete novice, or, for the already qualified therapist wishing to update their continual professional development.
Upon successful completion of this course, graduates will be able to seek work in private practice, sports clubs, health spas, GP Practices & specialist clinics such as osteopathic & physiotherapy.
